The decision to move a shed / structure, or not, is at the discretion of our driver.

 

For the safety of your shed, our equipment, and our driver, it is necessary to have your shed empty.

 

Objects inside the shed will shift during loading and travel, which can result in damage to your shed or could result in causing the shed, trailer, and truck to roll over. Damages may include, but not limited to septic tank, well, drain field tiles, trees driveway, entrances, mailboxes, landscaping, etc.

Note to buyers of used sheds: New sheds are often financed or purchased through "Rent to Own." If the shed you are buying is under five years old you are advised to get a bill of sale confirming the structure has been paid for in full.
