Many of our single car garages fit easily even on smaller plots, and for those with extra space (or extra vehicles) we offer a double-wide or two-story options. Our quality one story garages come in a variety of designs, including A-frame, High Barn and Garden Shed.
Our most economical models come prefabricated in one piece, so your quality Amish built garage can be ready to use right away. If you are dreaming of something larger or more custom, that’s okay too: our experience in design and construction will have your automobile dry and protected in no time at all.
While only one story, select designs also incorporate attic space to give you extra storage area to hide all your stuff away. Options include a 5/12 roof pitch or a 7/12 pitch with an attic truss design and interior staircase.
Floor and Roof Options
Our garages come standard with a wood floor installed on a stone pad. However, if you plan to park wet vehicles in your new garage, you may want to consider a concrete floor instead. Though more expensive, it allows you to install a drain in the floor to remove moisture, and eliminate rot and mold concerns.
Our standard garage design comes with an A-frame style peaked roof. This works well for basic storage in the attic space. If you’d like additional vertical space, consider either dormers for additional ceiling height, or a Gambrel-style roof.
